10 yrs to 15 yrs of experience as Sales / Business Development in FMCG / F&B mandatory
Should have 4 to 5 yrs of Team handling exp of SO, appointing distributors, forecasting sales.
Should be working in food industry and able to handle entire territory.
candidate should be from Food industry
Reporting to company GM to Plan and execute the sales targets and growth for the assigned area (10-12 districts) .
Managing the sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed targets.
Sales Channel Establishment - SS appointment and Distributor Appointment.
Managing the Sales network of SS and Distributors.
Recruitment of down the line Sales team.
Market Visit, Network opening and Dealer Appointment in Vacant Geographies.
Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets and design schemes for the same.
Assisting sales personnel in their training and development
Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term growth for the company.
Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements
