Sales / Business Development in FMCG / F&B mandatory
- stability in experience required
- Should have recent Team handling exp of S.O. & S.E. appointing distributors, forecasting sales
- Should be able to handle entire territory
- Candidate from Food industry would be an ideal match.
Responsible for driving volumes, distribution targets and people objectives in the assigned territory.
- Managing Distributors/ Super Distributor.
- Managing wholesalers /SRO/large traders Distributor Appointment and Management and Credit Management
- Recruit, coach, retain DSMs/SR/SO/SE
- Ensure physical availability of fresh stocks in the assigned territory
- Ensure displays as planned
- Distribution growth as targeted
