Blood Collection Technician

Key responsibilities :
 To perform Blood sample collection
 Must use correct technique by the method of Close collection system / Vacutainer
collection
 Identification of patient properly and have labeled the sample tube with correct details
(Name/ Age/ Gender/Sample Id/ Barcode/ Date).
 All sample packaging, transportation and waste disposal must be done as per the
protocol.
 To serve the patient in best way is to increase trust of the patient towards the brand.
 To troubleshoot all the challenges faced during the job.
 To serve the customer/ Patient assigned by Thyrocare.
Person Specification :
 DMLT/Nursing qualified
 Minimum 1 year of experience in Blood Collection
 Ready for Outdoor work
 Should have 2 wheeler vehicle and license
 Should have Smart phone

Shift : Early Morning shift
Salary :
 Fixed : Rs. 8000 – Rs. 11,000
 Variable : Rs.100 per blood collection
Gender : Any
Location : PAN India
