We are looking for Sales Professionals to develop our International business. Our target locations are Gulf, Asian & Europe countries. / We are looking at hiring talented and highly energetic, result focused International Business Development Executive.
Job Responsibilities :- Generate qualified leads through market research, emails, cold calling and lead generation tools. / Works with marketing team and also with VP – BPO to strategize business focus areas for prospecting. / Target Market (International Cold calling Experience). / Performs outbound sales activities such as cold calling, qualify sales leads, monitor sales progression in the sales cycle and closing sales orders to existing or and new customers. / Meets or exceeds quota goals in an assigned territory. Ensures sales targets/objectives are achieved quarterly and annually. / Meets or exceeds activity metrics for (e.g. Outbound calls, appointments set, opportunities creation etc.) And prospecting time./ Maintains contact with customers in an assigned territory to ensure customer satisfaction, basic and complex issue resolution, and footprint expansion./ Needs to have an empathetic ear and decent communication skills. / Managing the end-to-end sales process, including invoicing, collection, up-selling etc.
Desire Skill :-Proven Inside sales experience (International) of 1 to 2 Yrs / Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel & MS Word a must. / Effective communication and 100% conversion ability / Effective team player / Track record of over-achieving targets. / Prior experience with international sales is desirable
Persuasive, hardworking and ability to close the sales / Ability to meet the target with the timeline
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
