from clients or investor for increasing the closure probability
- Keep regular interaction with key clients for better extraction and expansion-
- Tracking and reporting competition in the market and taking appropriate actions to stay a step ahead-
- Presenting our Franchisee/Dealership Business proposal to the potential franchisee brand, strong
follow-up-
- Sourcing and recruiting new franchises, along with managing the existing ones-
- Negotiation and closure-
- Cross-selling and Up-selling-
- Maintaining Reports-
- Should be target oriented-
- Ethics and integrity of the highest degree-
- Specific skills: Self-starter, excellent negotiation skills, handling stress, competitive-
- Strong communication skills (via phone, email or in-person)-
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work-
- Speaks English, Hindi and Marathi fluently-
- good knowledge about the Chandigarh or Himachal retail market (will be given preference)-
- Able to travel- Will attend trade shows, conduct market visits with prospects as necessary-
- Must be driven, with an entrepreneurial spirit-
