Identifying prospective clients and helping them understand our services
Co-ordination with service partners to provide timely and quality service
Handling client grievances and providing solutions for superior client satisfaction
Introducing clients to the latest offers and schemes of the organization
Candidates should be ready for 100% calling and rotational shifts
Person Specification :
Good written and verbal communication skill.
Happy to receive and make calls.
Should be ready for both WFO and WFH.
One regional language is must apart from Hindi and English.
Shift : Early Morning / Regular / Evening
Work From Office : Navi Mumbai
Work From Home : This position is available for WFH too thus, Non-Mumbai candidates
also can apply. They need to have system with internet connectivity.
