• Maintain and manage new business for the existing and new customers across the global markets.
• Develop a strong network of customers in new territories and industry segments.
• Conduct research to build a relationship with potential customers and create new distributor network to reinforce the business.
• Prepare the monitory plan and achieve sales and collection.
• Take on competitive analysis & market intelligence for conceptualizing sales strategy.
• Smooth liaising with the other cross functions departments like Finance, Logistics, R&D, Planning and Production for managing the customer's requirements.
• Ensure internal communication flows across all departments of the organization within the framework of the company policies.
• Associate with the R&D team to provide responses on the technical queries from clients.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to clients on formulations and application that require assistance.
• Take challenges and handle large customer base.
