• Minimum 5+ Years of Experience in Lingerie Designing
• Experience in lounge wear / sleep wear is an advantage
• Deliver design sketches and prototypes while providing clear specifications for construction
• Manage sample room by organizing development samples and ensuring they are delivered on time and passed off to correct parties
• Prepare design team for meetings, including the selection of product samples and coordination of line presentation boards/tableaus
• Maintain constant communication with Production, Merchandising, Tech, and vendors to inform them of ongoing development details
• Communicate ideas efficiently through mood boards and concept boards
• Research trends, competitors, and trend analysis
• Excellent presentation and communication skills and is able to follow instructions
• Strong customer service mind-set
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Note: Must have fluency in English
