Minimum 15+ years in EMS/ODM manufacturing, preferably in Kitchen Appliances, Consumer Electronics, or Mobile Accessories industries.
Strong background in kitchen appliances, wearable & hearable, production planning, and warehouse management.
Strong understanding of assembly processes.
Proficiency in ERP, and lean manufacturing principles.
Comprehensive knowledge of BIS, ISO, RoHS, SEDEX and other compliance requirements.
B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering.
MBA in Operations is preferred.
Hands-on experience in factory audits, new product development (NPD), and process validation.

Salary	30 Lac To 40 Lac P.A.
