Division of yearly target to month wise production
target.
Synchronization Synchronization with other departments such
as maintenance, commercial so as to be on
target without getting the production delayed.
Cost of production Planning to minimize the cost of production
without affecting the volume,
implementation of cost control measures.
Safety and
Environment
Ensuring safety in the workplace for all the
stakeholders. Ensuring emissions in the refinery
is in line with environment strictures.
Training and
development
Ensuring training and development of
subordinates, identification and nurturing
talent pool.
