Role & Responsibilities:
Itiate and Participate in Recruitment and Selection of Senior Management Personnel Based On Business Requirement.
Nsure Continuous Learning and Development Opportunities for all Employees By Guiding and Supporting all Training Initiatives Including Delivery of Training Programs.
Responsible for the Documentation and Implementation of Hr Policies and Procedures Consisting Guidelines for Employees Towards Leave , Attendance , Travel, Reimbursements and other Administration Related Issues.
Maintain a Healthy Work Environment that Encourages Employee Excellence, Full Participation and Growth Opportunities Within the Organization.
Direct the Physical Maintenance of all Personnel Records and Actions.
Provide On-going Support to other Departments of the Company for Effective Coordination of Business Related Activities, Wherever Applicable.
Ensure all Department Procedures, Policies Being Thoroughly Understood By the Subordinates.
Manage and Control Departmental Expenditure Within Agreed Budgets.
Ensure Various Statutory Compliances in Time.
-maintain Daily Attendance, Leave Records.
-assist Corporate Hr for Unit Level Transactions & Execute Policies & Instructions Given By Corporate Hr
-provide Timely, as & When Required Reports to Management
-conduct Employee Engagement Activities.
