Experience Required Minimum 03 years as HR generalist 2. Preferred Qualities – Female/ MBA HR / With excellent communication skill preferably soft spoken/ Having knowledge of HR policies making, recruitment process, Payroll management, Statuary aspects of HR, labour law policies, Performance management system, Negotiation techniques,. 3. Job Role - Essential Duties and Responsibilities:1. a. Recruitment of desired candidates b. Creating a bench strength c. Maintaining leave record. d. ID cards/ record keeping. e. Salary sheet checking before making the payment and signature. f. Daily recruitment, Salary fixation, issuing appointment letter, confirmation letter. g. Preparing compliance documents. h. Handling Grievance documents. i. Preparing notice, office orders, transfer order, promotion letters. j. Monitoring salary/ wages.
k. Developing several kind of policies I. e. Rules and Regulations of working hours, child labour, harassment and abuse, security. l. Developing training modules and staff development policies. m. Establish MIS system. n. Manpower planning. o. Developing Admin Manual/ implantation. p. Developing internal control tools & procedures. q. Rewards and incentives. r. Legal knowledge. s. Taking care of overall HR/ Admin/ compliance matters.
