Responsible for end to end recruitment.
Sourcing & Screening of candidates from multiple sources i.e. Social Networking sites,
Head Hunting, Cold Calling, Mapping, Recruitment Portals
Arranging & conducting Interviews/Initial screening of the candidates/ helping in
Lead employment branding initiatives
Develop an effective pipeline of key talent for critical and recurring roles as well as a
branding to various sources of hiring for future employment opportunities
Monitoring the On-Board Formalities, Induction & Orientation programs for new joiner
Coordinating with In House employees and Recruitment Consultancy
NBFC and Banking knowledge will be first preference.
Good Communication both written and verbal
