- One point contact for all service related requirements for the customers and
- Increase in Relationship Value, Group Product Holding and Group Service Holding of
- Connecting with mapped book customer once in quarter.
- Updating client interaction in system like CRM Next.
- Strong back ground on Cross Selling
- Good inter personal skills & Relationship Management skills
- Good communication skill
- Presentable as RMs will be interacting with Mid to High-level corporate employee.
- Having some knowledge of the equity market.
