Technical:Should have 3-6 years of experience of Modern trade experience in consumer durables / dealer network driven organizations.
Managerial: Ability to inspire colleagues and training them, system / market knowledge, ability to handle dealers, analytical / leadership skills.
Appoint, Manage, & Train Team to achieve business growth.
Handling Key Accounts and Large Format Stores like D-Mart, Spencer, Big Bazaar, Reliance Trend, ABRL, Max Hyper, and More.
Manage, motivate & guide sales team to achieve growth & profitability.
- Ensure Secondary sales from assigned counter
- Regular monitoring and reporting of sales in assigned counters.
Ensure Counter share in line with targets
Regular monitoring and reporting of sales in assigned counters
Discuss with Dept Managers regarding issues and feedback of products and promoters
Key Result Area:
Quantitative: Achieving sales in line with target
Qualitative: Team Management & Development: good team player
Process & Innovation: adhering to systems and processes, streamlining and efficiency improvement of business processes.
Job knowledge: Channel management, dealer networking, sales schemes design and implementation.
