We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer with expertise in Fanuc controllers to develop, optimize, and maintain CNC programs for turning and milling operations. The candidate will ensure efficient production, high precision, and minimal cycle times.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain CNC programs for turning and milling machines using Fanuc controllers.
Optimize cycle times while ensuring product quality and accuracy.
Collaborate with production and design teams to interpret drawings and implement machining processes.
Conduct trial runs and make necessary adjustments to programs.
Maintain tool offsets, machine settings, and program documentation.
Ensure smooth operation of CNC machines and troubleshoot issues as required.
Implement process improvements for machining efficiency.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Hands-on experience with Fanuc CNC programming.
Strong understanding of turning, milling, and machining processes.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and GD&T.
Knowledge of tool management, offsets, and machine setup.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with production and design teams.
