We are seeking a Human Resource Manager to join our team in Rajkot. This full-time role requires a skilled professional with 4 to 10 years of experience in human resources.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Recruitment and Selection:** Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage the entire hiring process, from job postings to interviews and onboarding.
- **Employee Relations:** Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts. Facilitate communication between employees and management to ensure a harmonious work environment.
- **Performance Management:** Develop and maintain performance management systems that evaluate employee performance effectively. Provide guidance to managers on performance reviews and goal-setting.
- **Training and Development:** Identify training needs and organize professional development programs for staff. Ensure that employees have opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- **Policy Development:** Create and update HR policies and procedures to comply with labor laws and best practices. Ensure that all employees are aware of and adhere to company policies.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building relationships and facilitating discussions. The ability to handle confidential information with discretion is crucial.
