🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound inquiries from IndiaMART / Trade India
Manage CRM entries and follow-up schedules
Coordinate with customers for orders, quotations, and updates
Maintain strong customer communication and long-term relationships
Assist sales team with lead conversion and regular follow-ups
Coordinate internally for dispatch, documentation, and reporting
Ensure timely updates of leads, reports, and daily sales activities
